Our complaints procedure
We try our best to provide our entire client with efficient, courteous and professional services. If at any time during the course of your matter, you become dissatisfied with the service you are receiving, you should at first instance refer the matter to us. If however, you feel unable to do so, or having done so, you remain unhappy, then you should refer the matter to our complaints handler, Zahir Ahmed who will do everything he reasonably can to resolve your concerns.
Should your complaint remain unresolved, you can refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman at their postal address PO Box 15870, Birmingham, B30 9EB or via their email address firstname.lastname@example.org to consider your complaint.
